§ 02 What to include in your report Submission
i.

The offending resource

The exact URL, IP address, or domain name. For instance, https://example.tld/path or 203.0.113.45.

ii.

Nature of the abuse

Spam, phishing, malware, DMCA, network attack, or fraud — being specific lets us route the report to the right operator.

iii.

Timestamp & timezone

When the incident occurred, ideally in UTC. This is essential for correlating with our server logs and acting quickly.

iv.

Supporting evidence

Full email headers, server logs, screenshots, or packet captures — anything that supports the report is welcomed as an attachment.

§ 03 Our commitment, in three movements Process
Acknowledge

Every report is received.

An automated acknowledgment is dispatched within minutes. A ticket is created and assigned to the on-duty operator at the trust & safety desk.

I.
Investigate

We examine the evidence.

The team reviews server logs, correlates timestamps, and — where applicable under our Acceptable Use Policy — contacts the responsible customer.

II.
Act & Respond

We close the loop.

Whether content takedown, account suspension, or a measured rebuttal of a false report, the outcome is communicated back to the reporter.

III.
Contact
abuse@webproserver.com
